I was blessed to have Ruth take care of my mom over 17 years ago and also my dad over 5 years ago.
Ruth doesn't just take exceptional care of your loved one, she also cares for the whole family. I can never repay her for the compassionate care she provided both of my parents. During my hardest moments, all I had to do was call her and she was there. She met me at the hospital and comforted me while we both watched my dad pass peacefully. Staff Training:
We are a staff comprised of Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides. Every Honey Bee staff member has undergone the appropriate training programs required by the state in order to obtain their certification. Additionally, the Agency provides each new employee with a minimum of 8 hours on-the-job training any time an Aide is assigned to a new Client. During the training period a Honey Bee Manager will work directly with the Aide and the Client they are assigned to in order to familiarize the Caregiver with the Client’s specific needs. Beyond this, all staff members are required to renew their licenses within the timeframe mandated by the state. Everyone on our staff must have a valid and active state license / certificate.
